Holidays has been synonimus with "baking" in hour home since it exists. This year is no exception.
I was full of good intentions. I intended to post the recipes I used on Kitchen Culture. Then we got calls from family or friends inviting us for a party, and yet another one, another one again, and again...
It's a wonderful time of year. Not one week-end day without a delighteful gathering, tables garnished with homemade concoctions all more appealing than the other, dancing, kisses, hugs, children blown away at the sight of their gifts brought by the mock santa of the day... And of course, good food !
This year is exceptional, quite special actually, because I discovered the world of food-blogging. And I turned to the food-bloggers for ideas and inspiration.
May be you'll recognise my intrepretation of their work in the following pictures...

Guillemette: Vouiiii!!! Des macaronnnns... LOL. J'ai utilisé la recette de Clément (A La Cuisine). J'ai parfumé à la mangue et j'ai fourré avec une ganache de chocolat blanc additionnée de confiture de mangue, zeste de lime et pistaches grillées concassées.

Nos premiers motifs lorsque nous tous cuisinons, c'est de faire des heureux. Je suis bien contente que tu aimes ce que tu vois ici. Personnellement j'adore ce que je vois sur Le Pétrin.
