What a great theme at the Virtual Recipe Club this month, followed by such an inspiring round-up !
Check Alysha's Savory Notebook for this month's VRC round up. Food bloggers can participate by sending to Alysha their link to a recipe related to the current month theme (Alysha announces a new theme each month, which gives us plenty of time to whip up something nice). She then organizes a round up and believe me, it's a gold mine of delicious things to come and fill your kitchen with tentalizing fragrances, just like it's the case right now in my own kitchen with Marc's Masala Chai.

Now off to the couch, enjoying some Johnny Cash music through the "Walk The Line" movie, sipping probably the best hot, spicy and sweet brew I've ever made...

Thanks for telling us about Alysha's VRC - I'll check it out at one point.
What did you think of Walk The Line? I really enjoyed the movie - the music was haunting me for a long time afterwards..
My pleasure Pille.
We really enjoyed "Walk the Line". Éric, my husband and Édin my son liked it as much as I did, for once everybody had the same opinion.
It's true that the music sticks in your head for a while after the film. But in a nice, pleasant way. The actors were excellent. I didn't know anything at all about Johnny Cash's and June Carter story. What an incredible and moving love between those two.
Guess what I'm sewing for myself this summer... June's skirt, the one she's wearing when she went fishing with Johnny and when she got insulted by a sales woman in a drugstore. :-))
